In my experience I have found that using tools like Microsoft Office 365 and its integration to so many applications is invaluable. I have also found really taking advantage of all the tools in the suite is amazing. Applications like Skype is amazing for businesses of all sizes to be able to sent everything from txt messages to setting up meetings and video conferences.
